historic building, agricultural impact coordination, 4f evaluation,
section 106 application, and real estate relocation.

E) Oneida County, WI
A 6.1 mile reconstruction project with environmental issues
including environmental report 2-ER, wetland delineation, Native
American coordination, floodplain issues, coordination with
WDNR regarding R/W acquisition, and addressed design issues
regarding exemptions to standards for clear zones to meet public's
desire to maintain tree canopy extending across roadway for
aesthetic purposes.

2-ER, Phase I hazardous waste report, agency coordination for
storm water discharges, and Section 106 application.

An environmental assessment was prepared to address improving
the runway safety area, install lighting systems, and extend
the runway
800 feet. Environmental issues included wetland mitigation site
investigation and identification, wetland mitigation site design,
wetland mitigation monitoring, and addressing the concerns of wildlife/aircraft
conflicts. |

Road) Marathon County, WI QUEST
served as project manager on this 6.96 mile urban/rural
construction and expansion project. This project had
construction costs of $6.5 million and was high in complexity.
The project included sub grade improvement with under drain,
storm sewer, street lighting, frontage roads, curb and gutter,
sidewalk, and public involvement with businesses. QUEST
was responsible for all aspects of project management
including project record keeping, inspection, materials
testing, and materials
documentation. |

QUEST was responsible for project management on this urban
construction-HES project that was high in complexity.
The project had construction costs of $1.3
million. |

St) Portage County, WI
QUEST served as project manager on this urban reconstruction
project. The project was medium in complexity and had
construction costs of $1.3 million. This project consisted
of re-aligning Business 51 including sanitary and storm sewer,
water main, street lighting, traffic signals, concrete
pavement, curb and gutter, and decorative streetscape

QUEST served as project manager on this rubblize and asphalt
paving project approximately 3.3 miles in length, medium
complexity, and with a construction cost of $2.1
million. QUEST was responsible for all aspects of

Project, Marshfield, WI
QUEST has served as a sub consultant assisting with the construction
inspection on multi million dollar urban reconstruction projects.
QUEST's technicians have inspected under drain installation,
concrete paving, sidewalk and curb and gutter installation,
electrical and grading work. QUEST's staff were also
responsible for measuring and calculating quantities for pay.
These projects were high in complexity.

QUEST served as project manager on a $300,000 bridge replacement
project. This project was low in complexity.

Replacement
QUEST provided the project engineer and support staff for an
$870,000 bridge replacement project. Duties included construction
inspection of asphalt paving and bridge construction, materials
testing, measuring and calculation quantities for pay and project
record keeping using Field Manager. |

staff on several multi million dollar reconstruction projects.
Our staff inspected grading, paving and bridge construction
as well as performed construction survey work, kept project
